Aussie Basketball fans: Do Patrick Mills and Andrew Ogilvy have what it takes to be a starter in the NBA?

Mock drafts suggest both of these guys have first round potential, however I personally think they are both underrated because they were not from the American High School system? What do you project as best/worst case scenarios for both of these players. I predict Mills will be a top 10 NBA point guard in his peak, while ogilvy will be a solid backup center on a good team who can provide some offense off the bench. Thoughts?
