Question about the song "On My Own" from the musical Les Miserables?

I'm a guy and I love this song, especially when sang by Lea Salonga in the 10th Anniversary Les Miserables Concert. My question is, has anyone done a cover of this song where the role are reversed? Meaning about a man singing about a woman? Like all the "he's" and "hims" are "she's" and "her"? If anyone knows a version of On My Own please let me know! Thank You!

Yes. Michael Crawford sings it on his album "Songs from the Stage and Screen". It was released back in the early '90's, so it might be tough to find.
